The Future of AAUW – Today’s Students

The future of AAUW is today’s college students. We can make it a reality by supporting the National Student Advisory Council (SAC) and the National Conference of Collegiate Women Student Leaders (NCCWSL) .

This year’s NCCWSL will be May 28–30, 2015, at the University of Maryland in College Park, just outside of Washington, DC. You can make a donation to support a national scholarship through AAUW or contribute to a local scholarship.

SAC members serve as AAUW ambassadors, advise AAUW staff on the needs of college students, and lead gender equality projects on their campuses. SAC members also help plan NCCWSL. In 2012-2013, I sponsored Maureen Evans Arthurs. In 2013-2014, I sponsored Eva Shang. This year, I am sponsoring Maryann Akinboyewa. Contact the Development Office if you are interested in sponsoring a SAC member.
